Refund and Returns Policy

At AntiqueDecor, we want you to love the pieces you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Some vintage or one-of-a-kind items are final sale and may not be eligible for return. Please check product descriptions before purchasing.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at antiquedecore.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll review your request and send return instructions.
  3. Once your return is approved, please ship the item back to us within 7 days.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items we didn’t receive.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the item and packaging for faster resolution.
  • We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
