Refund and Returns Policy
At AntiqueDecor, we want you to love the pieces you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Some vintage or one-of-a-kind items are final sale and may not be eligible for return. Please check product descriptions before purchasing.
How to Request a Return:
- Email us at antiquedecore.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll review your request and send return instructions.
- Once your return is approved, please ship the item back to us within 7 days.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items we didn’t receive.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the item and packaging for faster resolution.
- We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
